The most basic principles by which the foundation has been established is to protect the rights of all people that share an interest in Nepal, its many kingdoms and the Nepalese peoples. You do not have to be from Nepal to appreciate our work; whether you are travelling to Nepal as a tourist or if you were born a Nepali citizen our foundation may be instrumental in your next adventure.
It is our goal to help inspire others to visit Nepal from other countries as tourists to boost the Nepal economy, to preserve the diverse ethnic diversity of Nepal, bring transferrable technical knowledge, promote sustainable ecological development, advance social normality and help people living in Nepal seeking travel and work experiences internationally to pursue their horizons.
Our foundation supports the ideal that all good people in the world should be allowed to move freely about the planet as global citizens to pursue their lives to the limits of their interests as human beings in every way. We also facilitate free and fair trade as well as laissez-faire laissez-passer from state to state and between non-state parties who are our members; which in principle is the cornerstone of our business model.
In respect of our ideological differences with the nation-state of Nepal, the foundation is maintained as an offshore entity and exists outside of the jurisdiction of governmental authority to protect our international assets from what has proven to be a succession of corrupt government models from a multitude of political parties. It is as important to democracy to separate national, international and non-profit benevolent ideals which are non-governmental in nature.
Nepal is a landlocked country and one that was isolated traditionally from the Westfalian philosophy that created the nation-states, the legal understanding of maritime law, commerce law and private international law governed under the Hague Convention. However through the foundation being developed as an offshore entity which is in a legal sense 'anchored at sea' or 'at-large' internationally Nepali people have a resource they can come to in order to pursue legal credentials to sail the seas.
The foundation as a non-state entity possesses the ability to purchase and maintain real-estate which is managed cooperatively by members who are citizens of Nepal, who likewise receive their fellow members as visitors, facilitate travel experiences and potential investment opportunities for those who wish to source Nepali products from its indigenous communities.
The foundation assets are all held offshore through a reciprocal trust fund which is developed using a blockchain representing cryptoassets through an international cooperative formation. Equal members are invested globally and share all the assets as collective owners.
Nepalese citizens who are planning to travel overseas for a year or more involving extended travel, becoming expatriates, locating a diaspora community, migrating, or seeking new citizenship can now invest themselves as members or as founders of our organization through Globcal International. Lifetime membership in the foundation including co-ownership of international assets and a laissez-passer e-passport travel credential requires an investment of $4,890-$10,000.
Migrant employment and international skill exchange consultations are only available to registered global citizens, members and friends of the foundation through Globcal International by special appointment with a $1,000 deposit.
